Posters for Peace -2012
Saturday, November 3, 2012 has been awarding children who participated at the "POSTERS FOR PEACE" contest, edition 2012-2013.
The event which took place at the Europe room, Chamber of Commerce and Industry Prahova, Cuza Voda street, no.8, second floor, is in line with actions taken by the Association LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL and the Association LIONS CLUBS DISTRICT 124 ROMANIA.
It was the day when members of the Lions Club Ploiesti awarded children who participated this year in the "Posters for Peace" contest, organized by Lions Club Ploiesti for the fourth time.
After the jury was given the following awards:

Contest "POSTERS FOR PEACE" organized by Lions Club Ploiesti, addressed this year for children aged 11-13 years from the schools of Ploiesti City.
For the lionistic year 2012-2013 contest theme was "IMAGINE PEACE". As in all years, the contest was pyramidal, having the club level. First prize drawing will take part in the national selection will take place at the District 124 Romania, on November 10, 2012.
Children received diplomas and gifts from the organizers. Do not forget the teachers who were rewarded with flowers for dedication and passion with guide the small steps of the little artists.
Peace is one of the fundamental values of humanity, which must be preserved and carried on by the next generation represented by the children.
Through this contest, children were able to express their best and most beautiful thoughts and their feelings about lovely sense of peace.
